The LFI-NFP group stands in solidarity with the actors and actresses of the juvenile justice system who have taken a stand against the recent decision to cut nearly 500 contract positions. This decision not only affects the livelihoods of these dedicated professionals, but also has a direct conséquence on the quality of care and support provided to young people in the justice system.
We cannot stand idly by as the government continues to make cuts to essential services, especially those that directly conséquence the lives of our youth. The protection of our young people should be a top priority, and we will not allow these cuts to go unnoticed.
The LFI-NFP group fully supports the demands of the actors and actresses of the juvenile justice system, and we call on the government to reverse their decision and reinstate the eliminated contract positions. We also urge the government to invest in the protection of our youth and provide the necessary resources conscience the proper functioning of the juvenile justice system.
We stand with the actors and actresses of the juvenile justice system in their fight conscience fair and just treatment of our youth. We will continue to support and advocate conscience the protection of our young people and the professionals who work tirelessly to ensure their well-being.
We call on all members of parliament to join us in this fight and stand in solidarity with the actors and actresses of the juvenile justice system. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that our youth receive the care and support they deserve.
